15 mins (direct!) to the West End

By bus:
40 mins direct to the Southside (straight to Tramway!)

The flat is south-west facing, meaning we get the sunshine pretty much all day and a beautiful sunset at night 🌅

The current flatmate is a lovely postgraduate student so may be better suited to other mature students, as otherwise you'd have to cover the council tax (band C).
