Double room in 2 person house

Heya!
I am looking for a flatmate for this wonderful two bedroom house with garden. It is ideally located for people who work/study at either locations of Glasgow university, and it's a few minutes from Kelvindale station and busstops. It is about a 15-20 min walk from a Lidl and Anniesland station. There is wonderful walking allow the canal paths, as well as the lovely Dawsholm park around the corner. I will have viewings on the 9 and 10th of April and will let you know that weekend if you can move in :) Move in date would be from then until the end of April.

The house has a large living/kitchen area from which there is access to a private front and back garden. It is a two double bedroom house with a three piece bathroom. Each bedroom has build in storage. There is off street parking located directly in front of the property. The house is in taxband D.

I am tidy and social, love spending time painting, reading, running, swimming or doing anything outside. I enjoy having friends over for dinner, crafting or to watch a nice movie. I work full time as a PhD, and I mix going to the office with working from home. I do not pay council tax, but if you do have to pay it you can get a discount as I am a student. The house is unfurnished, so we can really make it our own. I am planning on getting the communal areas fully furnished before the end of April, so all you would need to get is a bed basically (which is a few hundred with delivery from a charity shop or free from gumtree :) )
The back garden is really large and am planning on using it to grow flowers and vegetables, as well as putting a fireplace in there for some nice summer campfires. If you are into gardening we can work on it together!

I am looking for a flatmate that is sociable, but this house should be a chill and relaxing space for both of us. As I eat vegan I prefer other vegans/vegetarians.
