Double Room in Dennistoun🏡

Hi!

I’ve got a furnished double room available in my flat in Dennistoun from the end of March.

It’s a newly refurbished place with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and has a comfortable, homely feel. The room itself comes with a double bed, desk, clothing rack and chest of drawers. It looks a bit empty at the moment but there is plenty of potential! The room is 3.9x2.9m for reference.

The flat has a fully set up living room and kitchen (sofa, TV, dining table, all cooking essentials)

I’m a live in landlord, and I share with Luke (a strength and conditioning coach). We’re both into sports (cycling, running, gym) and enjoy being outdoors, but we’re equally up for a chilled evening watching movies/sports, cooking, or heading to the pub now and then.

The details:
• £500 pcm + bills (~£85, or ~£140 during factor months)
• Council tax band B
• WFH welcome (I do a couple of days a week)
• On street parking (can be busy)
• Non-smoker
• Preferably looking for someone long-term (12 months+)

The flat’s in a great spot , it’s close to transport links (5 min walk to Duke Street train station and great bus links to the city), cafes, restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the nearest gym.
