Looking for someone to take over part of the lease in a well-connected and sunny two-bedroom apartment in peaceful Cathcart, from May 2026. Feel free to DM me if you’re interested or have any questions!

LOCATION, COSTS AND AMENITIES
Double room in a well-connected two-bedroom, first-floor tenement in Cathcart. £525 for rent. bills/council tax (band B) are split typically around £110 per person each month (possibly a slight increase in winter, split to be decided on entry). Located on Tulloch Street, a five-minute walk from the Cathcart train station and the closest bus stop (Tulloch Street) is literally just outside. There are buses into town about every 15 minutes.

The bedroom is spacious and comes with some furniture [Pictures available on request]. There is a large, shared living-room, one shared bathroom and a well-stocked kitchen. As both tenants pay equal rent and my room is significantly smaller, I've got a computer desk setup in the living room. I'm still mindful about sharing the space in a way that works for everyone.
