Looking for a flatmate to join me in my newly refurbished flat in Pollokshields.

The room available is a large double bedroom, featuring triple glazing, blackout curtains, and plenty of storage. A new wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside units will be in place by 25/04.

The flat includes a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and main living area with a wood burner. The kitchen is fully equipped with Sage and Samsung appliances. There’s also a second separate living room.
The bathroom is a good size for a tenement flat, and the property benefits from strong WiFi throughout via a TP-Link Deco router network.
Outside, there’s a well-maintained front garden with table and chairs, which gets great sun from mid-afternoon into the evening.
All bills are included (WiFi, gas/electricity, council tax, and window cleaning).
The bedroom is located at the back of the flat, overlooking a quiet communal garden and adjacent allotments, so it gets plenty of natural light.
The flat is conveniently located around 500m from Pollokshields East station, 750m from Pollokshields West, and 1km from Shields Road subway. Secure bike storage is also available in the close.
I currently work from home 2–3 days a week, using the second living room as an office.
