DOUBLE ROOM IN BRIGHT AND SPACIOUS FLAT IN IBROX AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM LET

Available Tuesday 12th May - Tuesday 7th July

The room is in a bright and spacious flat in the top floor of a traditional tenement building in Ibrox, a 5 minute walk from Ibrox subway station.

You would be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmates Cat (30, they/them) and Lynette (32, she/her). They are both clean, friendly and respectful flatmates who would be looking for someone similar to join them for 2 months while I am away travelling.

Rent
- Total cost (for 8 weeks) is £1120. This includes all bills, council tax etc.
- Cost per month (including all bills) is 560.

About the space
- The flat is clean, bright and spacious, with a big kitchen/dining room, and large living room, with plenty of space to work from home if needed (Lynette will also be working from home most weekdays).
- The flat has central heating, double glazing, dishwasher, washing machine and fast WiFi.
- My bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers + clothes rail, armchair and plants. I will clear out my clothes and chest of drawers for you to use the space fully while you’re staying.

Transport / local area
- The location is conveniently placed, 5 minutes from Ibrox subway station, connecting you to the City Centre and the West End.
- The flat is a 20 minute bus ride or cycle away from the Southside and Queen’s Park.
- Bellahouston Park is a 10 minute walk away
- Large Aldi + Asda are a 5 minute cycle / drive away, plus a smaller Co-op 5 minutes away on Paisley Road West.

Application process
