Flexible Sublet Govanhill

Hello there!
I have a choice of rooms available in this spacious groundfloor tenemant flat in Govanhill. The place is in a bit of a transitional phase at the moment so I am open to discussing rates, bills, duration etc depending on your circumstances.
It's pretty much fully furnished, but you would need to bring a bed. It's a great location, council band C, recently decorated, good broadband speeds, gas central heating, friendly neighbours.
I have always enjoyed living in share houses\having housemates and like to keep things relaxed, clean and tidy, friendly and welcoming. Looking to find someone friendly, sociable, who is responsible with bills and easy to get on with.
