The Room
I’m renting out a double room in my 4th floor, 2-bed flat. It has lift and stair access. It is currently furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers, and ready to go. The room is 2.61m x 3.12m. There is room for more furniture. The flat is tidy, minimalist and comfy. My room has an en suite bathroom that I will use, giving you primary use of the shower room.

The flat is located in a great spot, being close to both Glasgow City Centre and Shawlands. It's also ideally located for getting around Glasgow, close to:

🚌 Main bus route to and from Glasgow City centre (0.1 mile)
🚄 Pollokshields East Train Station (0.2 miles)
🚇 West Street Subway Station (0.7 miles)
🚶‍♂️30 minute walk to Glasgow City Centre and only a 14 minute walk to Queens Park

You’ll be sharing with me, the live-in owner. I’m easy-going and very easy to get along with. I'm a non smoker and I’m not a big drinker, so the flat is a pretty chilled-out, quiet space. I work full time primarily from the office. I enjoy having a chat/cup of tea in the kitchen but also respect that we need some alone time to recharge. I do yoga and pilates most evenings, and might have some friends over from time to time, but it's all very low key. I am also a big fan of coffee and brunch, although I don't think they count as hobbies.

I’m looking for someone who is reliable and responsible. Since this is my home, I’m looking for a someone who will treat the place as if it were their own. Someone who will help keep the place tidy and will help keep the shared spaces clean and comfortable for both of us.
