Double room near city centre

I’m looking for a flatmate to move into this bright, spacious double room in a recently redecorated flat. The room is in the southside of Glasgow, which is very near to the city centre and packed with every service and shop you could need and right across from the park for whenever you need some fresh air.

I’m looking for a responsible, tidy guy (either a student or a professional) who will treat the flat like a home and keep his and the shared spaces clean.

The bedroom is a really generous size and comes fully furnished with a King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk for work or study. Everything in the flat is in great condition, and the kitchen is fully kitted out with all the essentials including a coffee machine and blender for your morning routine.

You honestly have everything you need within a few minutes' walk. There are two gyms nearby, plus supermarkets, pharmacies, a GP, and plenty of local cafés and takeaways. Getting around is incredibly easy; there’s a constant stream of buses into the City Centre (routes 4, 5, 6, 7, 23, 38, 57, and 75 all pass nearby) that get you into town in 15 minutes. If you prefer the train, both Queen’s Park and Crosshill stations are just a short walk away for quick links to the West End or East End.
