Bedroom in our home (mostly have to yourself)

Master bedroom in a 3 bedroom home for rent to an individual (longer term preferred, but short term considered). 

We are a couple in our 30s but you would have the house to yourself the majority of the time. 

Livingroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one shower, one bath), garden space with a pergola to enjoy the sun when it comes, and friendly neighbours. 

The bedroom we are renting is a large king size room with a kingsize bed and new mattress. It has inbuilt wardrobe storage and a window overlooking the back garden. Next door to this room is the main bathroom.

If you drive, there is space in the driveway for your car, and on street parking for visitors. 

All checks will be undertaken prior to you being able to rent the room, including credit checks. Look forward to hearing from genuinely interested renters. :)
