Calm Cleaner and Organized Room

🚩 LOCATION: Double room available in a two-bedroom apartment. Location G23, with a bus stop in front of the apartment, just a few steps away.

🚩 WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: I'm looking for a calm, quiet person who appreciates a very well-organized and clean environment. I'm very particular about this aspect and I'm looking for someone compatible.

🚩 PRICE: Short period (between 1 and 4 months) R$685.00, if you're staying longer R$650.00, with all bills included.

🚩 HOUSE CLEANING: My house is very easy to clean because basically everything is always organized. Cleaning is done every 15 days (bathroom and sweeping the house) on a rotating basis. We share cleaning products when they run out. Dishes must be washed immediately after use, no negotiation.

🚩 VISITS: Whenever I bring visitors home, we let the other resident of the house know in advance. I let them know when I bring a friend. And I would like you to let me know when you bring someone as well. Even to avoid any embarrassing situation like a stranger seeing you in your pajamas without being notified. We consider a friend who comes to stay a few hours a visitor; someone who comes to sleep for more than two days will have to be discussed.

🚩 PERSONALITY: I am a direct person, I will be clear if something bothers me, and you can also talk to me to align our needs. In general, I am very cheerful and friendly, but more reserved, and I will always do my best to make you feel at home. I want someone to live with me who can become a friend. Please respect my personal space. I like my privacy in my room. I will never touch things that aren't mine. I will never use anything of yours without asking permission first. And I listen to ninja music on my phone so as not to disturb anyone. In my free time I like to go to church, go hiking, play pool with my friends, play cards, and walk in the park. I don't like night parties, I don't go to nightclubs, and the apartment isn't for parties. I like to get together with friends to cook, play games, and laugh a lot. If you are an organized person, come with an open heart to visit the apartment. My English isn't the best, but I will welcome you with open arms.
