A cosy and spacious room in a 2 bedroom flat (2nd floor) nearby Glasgow city center. Double bed, wardrobe and dresser cabinet, electric standing desk with monitors (happy to leave behind) and office chair.

The living room is semi-open plan, so very sociable. Kitted with an OLED 4K TV and surround sound system (we take our movies seriously haha), roomba, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, oven, fridge freezer and a great dining table for board game nights.

Great location to nip into the city/university. Bus stop right outside the flat. 15min walk/8min bus to Uni of Strathclyde. 25min walk/15min bus to city center.

£550 covers rent.
Electricity, gas and internet (1GB fibre) comes to ~£70 per month.

Council tax free for students. If not a student, then would be liable to council tax (Band D) however would be with the 25% discount due to flatmate being a student.

My room is available from the ~25th of June to 31 Dec. Short term rentals available.

My friend Adam would be the flatmate. He's a 4th year Aero-Mechanical Engineering student at Uni of Strathclyde and enjoys gaming, movies/tv, board games and volleyball. He's a very easygoing lad and would get along with anyone as long as they are decently clean and respectful of the flat.

Onsite parking with plenty spots and secure access. Secure bike parking.

Looking for someone who is respectful and is generally tidy and clean. Flat is available from July till December, however can rent for shorter terms (July - August or September to December)
