Looking For Buddy Up in Rented Flatshare

Hi! Looking to buddy-up in a 2-bed flatshare which I'm currently renting - unfortunately my lovely flatmate is heading back down south so there's a room available from now.

Rent for the fully-furnished double room is 625 pcm (+70ish bills + 100 council tax) in a beautifully furnished flat - feel free to DM for more pics (it isn't my property, we'd very much be on equal footing :)). Free parking (can show you the secret spots) and a locked bike cupboard downstairs. The landlord is genuinely lovely, very contactable, and we've had 0 issues renting here.

Moved to Glasgow from Sheff just under a year ago, so still finding my feet. Mainly just looking for a friendly face to live with! Always up for a pub, a film, a big walk, a little walk, a bike ride, climbing, camping, a dance.

I do work night shifts, so occasionally will need the flat to be quiet during the day, but would let you know well in advance.

If absolutely necessary, would also consider buddying up to move elsewhere but I would much rather stay put, the logistics of that around work at the moment would be horrifying.
