One Bedroom available in a 2 bedroom Govanhill flat.

Fixed term 3 months - July to September

I am away on placement for 3 months and looking for someone to take my room. I will be moving on Friday the 26th of June so the room is available from then. My placement ends on the 30th of September so I would be looking to move back then.

Deposit: 600£
Bills: 40pcm
Wifi: 14pcm
Council tax: 76.63pcm, because my current flatmate is working a professional is preferred but students will be considered if willing to cover the share of council tax

The room is southeast facing and gets loads of sunlight in the morning/during the day. It has a double bed with a tall wardrobe and two dressers (three drawers each) so loads of storage space! I have some paintings and plants that I am happy to leave in the room or take out depending on your preference. There's a small desk chair and two side tables.

The kitchen is massive for two people, gas stove and large fridge. The living room is shared with a dining table, tv and sofa.

The area is close to many shops (lidl, tesco, sainsbury's) and public transport (Queens park train station, number 4 bus that goes into town/glasgow uni). Queens park is just 5 minutes away and there's loads of events going on, it's a great place to be over the summer! Free parking on our street as well!

Looking for someone clean and friendly. It would be great to meet beforehand, show you the flat/meet the other flatmate, and have chat over a tea/coffee :) Female's preferred!
