Spacious Double Room in Dennistoun, Glasgow

This is a short-term summer tenancy available for up to 3 months.

The room is newly furnished and includes a double bed, a large wardrobe/closet, and dressers. The flat has one shared bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen.

Bills are currently £67 per month, including WiFi.

Council Tax Band B. This will be split three ways once payable. We are currently all students and are due to graduate this summer, so council tax has not yet been set up. More details will be confirmed once arranged.

The flat is currently shared by three boys aged 22–23. I am moving out over the summer, and the other two flatmates are due to move out around the start of July, with a new flatmate moving in around the same time.

There is free on-street parking outside, and the flat is around a 15-minute walk from George Square.
