The flat is furnished to a high standard throughout and has plenty of storage. The bathroom will be mostly yours to use on your own since your flatmate has an en-suite off her bedroom.
Access to the flat is through a controlled entry system, with a Lift serving all flats and a private Car Park available at an additional cost.
The 3rd bedroom will remain unoccupied, offering extra flexibility if you have a visitor and when working at home.
The flat is ideally located, 20 minutes walk to the city centre and 2 mins walk to buses and the train station. Supermarkets, Gym, Restaurants, Pubs and shops in Finnieston and the West End are all within easy walking distance, and the fantastic Kelvingrove Park is less than 10 mins walk away.
The Rent is £800pm and includes Broadband, TV License and Factor fee's. The Rent does not include Council Tax or Electricity, these are payable separately.
I am looking for a flatmate who is reliable, clean & tidy, and importantly, considerate and respectful towards others, especially towards their flatmate and neighbours.
The atmosphere around the flat is quiet since the building is generally occupied by professionals and post-graduate students.
