Spare room in HMO student flat, Kinning Park

We are a student flat of four engineering students at the University of Strathclyde, going into fourth year (out of five). I am going away on a year abroad and so there is a spare room available for anyone interested.
We are all sociable, outgoing, clean and responsible, and are looking for someone chill to stay with us. The flat is in a good area close to shops and pubs, and is roughly between Glasgow and Strathclyde Uni (a 35 min walk, 15 min bus, cycle or subway).
The flat has two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and space to store bicycles. We are all students, and so currently council tax exempt.
