Double Room near West End/QEUH/Rail Links

£625/month including bills. Lodger Agreement.
I am a Doctor, with a Spare Room in Scotstoun, Glasgow. There is space for a car on the driveway, a <5 min walk to Scotstounhill Railway Station, and a short drive/bus/cycle to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

There is a double room available, with a shared bathroom - most of the time it will just be for your use, but if I have other friends/guests they will use it. It has a bath, and over bath shower.
The room is furnished with a double bed, clothes storage, bedside table, and lamp.
An upstairs office space and additional storage can be discussed.

There is a large shared kitchen with gas hob. Air Frier and Oven.

There are two living areas, which can be shared.

I work during the day, and spend evenings at home or at the gym.
I have a cat, and my girlfriend intermittently stays in the house.
I enjoy cooking, reading, watching television, BBQing (weather permitting), socialising with and hosting friends. I train for triathlon, so spend a lot of time running, swimming and cycling.
My partner is a creative, in the film industry, and is a vegetarian. Though I cook and eat all manner of food in the house.

This would be most suitable to a young professional, new doctor, or other healthcare worker, graduate student, or maybe a budding chef? (I can dream).
