My current flatmate is heading back home after finishing her degree, so I'm looking for a replacement flatmate who is clean, quiet and respectful.

• Double bed(with mattress)
• Wardrobe and drawer storage

Large, well-equipped flat with:
• Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and extensive cookware
• Washing machine + drying machine
• Bathroom
• Hoover, clothes airers, and cleaning equipment provided
💡 Bills(30-40 each person)
Gas and electricity supplied by OctopusEnergy.

I'm doing master's in Glasgow School of Art and doing a part time work at city center so am mostly out during the day (around 10am–9pm).
