My flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for a professional to take over their room in a lovely 2-bed furnished flat from the beginning of August (flexible for the right person).

Furnished with a king-size bed
Bright and spacious
Very large wardrobe with plenty of storage space
You'll effectively have your own bathroom, as I have the en-suite
Please note: there is a small section of wall that currently shows some cosmetic damage in the photos, but this will be repaired and repainted before move-in

The bathroom: Includes a full-size bath and shower Used almost exclusively by you, as I have my own en-suite

The flat: Fully furnished Free parking
Shared garden 5-minute walk to Bridgeton train station
Around a 20-minute walk to the city centre
Right next to Glasgow Green
Rent: £550/month
Bills: approximately (including cousil tax) £200/month
Non-smoking flat
Looking for someone interested in a long-term home rather than a short-term stay

A little about me: I'm a 31-year-old dietitian working for the NHS. Outside work I'm usually at CrossFit or salsa dancing, so I'm often out and about. I tend to keep a fairly quiet routine during the week and am usually an early sleeper. Looking for a clean, respectful, easy-going professional who'd like a comfortable and relaxed place to call home.
