I have a beautiful room available.

There are 3 rooms in the property - I’m looking to rent out the smaller room which has a built in wardrobe.

There are leisure facilities in the gym - sauna steam room pool weights and cardio machines

It’s currently unfurnished and I’m moving back in at some point in July. Im looking at Ikea couches. I’m bringing some basics with me. Including kitchen equipment. Thermomix, Vitamix, hand blenders, 2x pressure cookers, fry pans, steamer, knives, air fryer, vacuum sealer... few other things like a juicer and coffee maker.

I’m happy to purchase a bed and take delivery of it prior to move in.

I’m thinking about a 65” TV for the living room. Maybe a Sky Glass Air.

I’m a trained and qualified chef but I’ll be doing a masters in computer science soon. I would like someone who appreciates food. I’m happy to cook an evening meal… I don’t have a car but happy to uber back from the local supermarket alternatively we could do shopping together if you drive. (parking available).

The other flatmate is joining us initially for a few days a week then full time after around six months. He’s a doctor.

Council tax band G. So it’s quite pricey - free for students or ill pay for it. I’ll include Sky with all the sports and movies. You can have a box in your room or alternatively you can pay for a Sky glass which we could wall mount. Or put on a chest of drawers. I’ll also pay for WiFi. Heating is electric and will be fairly expensive, but shouldn’t be too bad. We have eco7 so night time rates are much cheaper.

We’re totally un judgemental. Anyone who has a kind soul is welcome. I love watching films. I love music too. Very interested in technology, food, sports, dance music, pubs, golf, yoga, medicine, art.

Plan is to use the dining room as an office and yoga area. I am qualified to teach yoga so if you’re interested in learning some I’d be happy to oblige.

Ideally a student or someone working would be good. GCU is 0.6 miles away. I’ll be doing my PT Level 3 qualification, studying full time come September and starting a business in tech.
