A spacious double room is available in a modern 2-bedroom flat in Minerva Square from 1st August. I’m looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to share the flat for around 12 months, with the possibility of extending beyond that.

* Efficient heating system (the flat stays warm and I rarely need to use the heating)

The flat is Located in Minerva Square, with excellent transport links (just next to the Exhibition Centre Train Station) and easy access to the city centre, local shops, gyms, supermarkets, and riverside walking/cycling routes.

Bills;

- Council tax band E, around £257
- Electricity is around £20 a month
- Sky Full Fibre 300 Broadband with Sky Ultimate Package and Netflix. £42 a month
- Heating provided in the living room, bedrooms and toilet. Around £70 a month, however I rarely needed to use the heating, the flat is on the 6th floor and has a really good insulation and double glazed windows.
