I'm looking for a new flatmate from MID-SEPTEMBER 2026
This is a shared House with a small garden, shared living room and bathroom.
Property is about 5mins from the Westerton train station, which provides quick access to city centre and West End of Glasgow (takes about 20mins to get to the centre). There's also a lovely canal walk if you like jogging or some nature.
The area here is quiet and chill. There's shops around with Asda and M&S or further in Anniesland there are various shops, cafes and more supermarkets.
Shared council tax is included in the total cost advertised with rent. NOT included are: Wifi and Bills (Electricity+Gas) because they vary.
(The pictures you see are from my current housemate so there will be a lot of stuff removed, etc.)
Who are YOU?
That's the question, isn't it? Ideally, you're a young, ambitious professional looking for a chill space to work on stuff. If it sounds like a job requirement it's because, basically, we need to click. The space is large enough for two people, but this is a home environment, not a casual flatshare, and there's nothing worse than being awkward around each other. So this is likely not your first time sharing a place, are clean and tidy (washing dishes is a part of the process of cooking, not an activity that occurs afterwards (: ) and are responsible in looking after both yourself and your environment.
Who am I? (LORE)
I'm a writer and digital artist and I also work and manage a cafe during the week. I love working on various projects (including myself); I usually spend the evenings cooking, having an occasional glass of wine, gaming and watching some cool shows and movies. I'm very careful with my time and always try to do what brings me joy in a balanced way.
Studying and reading are both very important to me, as well as a nice balance between quiet times for meditation and dancing to music.
It's very important for me to create an environment that feels safe and cosy.
If any of this sounds great then please write me a message telling me something about yourself and what you do. For the love of all gods pls don't use ChatGPT or write 'is this still available', I ain't replying to that.
Thanks,
