Looking for new flatmate! Glasgow Southside

Hello! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me at the start of August in my lovely rented flat in the Mount Florida area!

There’s a good amount of shared storage and communal spaces will be part furnished once my other flatmate moves out. It's a flat share, so I'm more than happy for you to put your mark on living spaces to make it feel like home for you! The bedroom itself will be unfurnished and it's a decent size to fit a double bed, wardrobe, desk etc. All double glazed windows and the property is done up to a brilliant standard. Decent transport links via train to town

About me:
I’m 31 years old, an artist and work part time as a manager at a roller rink. I enjoy the odd gig and festival. Some other stuff I like to do is reading, running, listening to music/podcasts and camping. I’m also just about to do an open degree in Environmental Studies. As a flatmate, I like a good mix of alone and social time. I'm down to share meals and hang out when time allows. I'm tidy in communal areas and respectful of other's space.

Who I’m looking for:
I’m looking for someone fun and friendly to join me in the flat! Ultimately the most important part is that we get on, so I’d love to get to know you a bit during the viewing.

My agent will be doing reference/suitability checks etc.
