Unfurnished bedroom in Mount Florida, Glasgow!

Hello! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me at the start of August in my lovely flat in the Mount Florida area! The flat comprises two bedrooms, a reception/hallway, shared bathroom with gas heated shower and a nice welcoming living space and open kitchen. There’s a good amount of shared storage and there will also be room for other bits of furniture/picture space in the living room once my other flatmate moves out. The bedroom itself is unfurnished and a decent size to fit a double bed, wardrobe, neat desk etc. All double glazed windows and the property is done up to a brilliant standard. Decent transport links via train and bus to town.

Price includes rent, council tax, energy bills and wifi. Council Tax band B.

About me:
I’m 31 years old, an artist and work part time at a roller skating rink. I very much duel between being creative and active! I enjoy the odd gig and festival, but I’m not big on going out that much anymore, I generally like to go to sleep at a reasonable hour! Some other stuff I like to do is reading, running, listening to music/podcasts and camping. Some of the stuff I care most about are community and environment, and I’m just about to do an open degree in Environmental Studies. I can be quite busy a lot of the time and like my space when working from home, but would love to hang out when time allows!

Who I’m looking for:
I’m looking for someone ideally creative (or maybe sharing a few interest), fun and friendly to join me in the flat! Ultimately the most important part is that we get on, so I’d love to get to know you a bit during the viewing.

Of course some practical things I need a flatmate to have is a stable income, a reference, a guarantor potentially, generally clean, tidy and considerate. My agent will be doing reference/suitability checks etc.

Viewings
I can generally do viewings on Monday - Wednesday, and some Sundays. I’m away this weekend (from 3rd July), but aiming to set up viewings on eve of 6th.
