Bright Modern flat, Ensuite room near City Centre

Looking for a long-term female flatmate to join me. Please DM with a short introduction for more details.

My current flatmate will move out, and I'm looking for someone to take over her room for at least one year. The room is available from the second week of August (could be discussed).

The room is the master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. It comes with a semi-double bed and mattress, desk, bedside table, shelving, and a walk-in wardrobe. The room is spacious, bright, and gets plenty of natural light through its large windows.

The flat was originally unfurnished, but I've furnished all of the shared spaces. We'll be sharing the open-plan living room and kitchen.

* Outdoor bike racks (bikes cannot be stored inside the flat)

About Me

I work a hybrid 9-5 office job, so I'm sometimes at home during the week. I enjoy having a chat and occasionally cooking/eat out together, but I also appreciate having my own space and respecting each other's downtime.

About You
I'm looking for a female professional with a similar lifestyle.
No smoking or vaping, no constant guests. I care about cleanliness, so I will look for someone clean and tidy, and willing to share the kitchen/living room cleaning chores. In general, to maintain a cosy and comfortable environment in the flat.
I prefer a non-student, as the council tax will be shared.

* Rent: £580 per month
* Bills (not included): approximately £160 per month (utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi)

The flat has a high EPC rating, making it energy-efficient and helping to keep heating costs lower during winter.

The landlord will require both an employment reference and a previous landlord reference.
