King size room with private bathroom

Hello there,

I am moving out of my room in August. It's a specious King size bedroom, furnished with a private bathroom, the other flatmate has the ensuite.
The flat is brand new, in great condition with available parking as well. (never used it cause I'm not driving haha ).
The flat is located just 10 minutes of Alexandra parade park, with excellent public transportation.

The other flatmate is a professional female, the landlord is very helpful as well.
The move in date would be probably the 11th of 12th or August.

Serious enquires only please, no pets, ideally for a long term female.
