Large double room available from 1 October in a spacious flat just north of Cowcaddens.

£600 per month, plus bills. Deposit approximately £650.

The flat is a really good size and would only be shared between the two of us. It has a large furnished living room, shared kitchen and bathroom, plus a separate third bedroom which I use as a study/spare room. There’s space for another desk in there, so you’re welcome to use it for occasional working from home as well.

The building also has a swimming pool, sauna and small gym, which residents can use, and parking is available.

The bedroom is a good-sized double with built-in mirrored wardrobes. Some of the current bedroom furniture may also be available if wanted.

About me

I’m 27 and work full-time in architecture in the city centre. I’m normally in the office during the week and tend to go bouldering/gym a couple of times a week.

I’m pretty easy-going and sociable and like going out and doing things, but equally happy having a quiet night in. I keep the flat reasonably clean and would be looking for someone who treats it as their home as well rather than us just existing in separate rooms.

Ideally looking for another working professional around a similar age who’s friendly, easy to live with and happy to split the general cleaning.
