Looking for someone to take over my room in a gorgeous 2-bedroom flat in Newlands/Shawlands!
The flat is bright, spacious and located in a quiet leafy part of Newlands with great transport links and multiple regular bus routes for getting into town. 5 min walk to Pollokshaws East Station and Shawlands high street, 20 min drive to the city centre and West End (Glasgow University campus). You’ll also be living right opposite Newlands Park which has a lovely café and tennis club.
Your room will be a fully furnished double room with double-glazed windows, a good amount of storage space and natural light.
You'll be living with my current flatmate Isla, a young female professional who's clean, tidy, easy-going and looking for someone like-minded who is ideally also a professional due to council tax reasons, and ideally female. Students are welcome to apply provided you’re happy to pay council tax!
Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Lots of parking spaces available outside the flat as well if you have a car.
Monthly bills:
- Council tax around £100-£110
- Electricity/gas £75
- Wifi £12
