Looking for a lodger for our spare room in Glasgow

Fully furnished king size room available in house in Govan, Glasgow.

- Fully furnished room with king size bed.
- Access to shared kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and Garden.
- 15 minute walk to subway and 1 min walk to bus stop.
- Free parking.
- Lidl 5 minute walk away and 1 minute walk to closest park.
- Close to QEUH, SEC, Hydro and Glasgow city centre
- 3-6 months ideally with longer or shorter term let’s also considered.

You’ll be sharing with a professional couple in a tidy, relaxed home. We both work in hospitality doing shift work throughout the week and Ellie is also in her final year studying so we’re pretty busy! On our days off we’re usually out and about but like to relax in the evenings after busy days at work.

We also have Tess, our very friendly, 3-year-old, fox red Labrador. She loves people, enjoys saying hello to visitors, she never barks and is very chill. Anyone staying here should be comfortable around dogs but she is very friendly, quiet, and won’t cause any hassle😊

We’re looking for a respectful, tidy, laid back lodger who is looking for a comfortable place to stay, who also respects our home :).

There is a living room in the house, however this is not shared as we use it for Tess to sleep, relax, or to leave her to sleep if we go to the shops etc. The dining room is separate to the kitchen which allows for an extra room besides your bedroom and the kitchen, which you are more than welcome to use to relax in.
