Looking for a flatmate for a flat on Duke Street

Preferably looking for professionals purely for council tax reasons. No couples for reasons related to HMO regulations
I go by Mack (he/him) I'm a 36 year old bi man who works in the centre of Glasgow. I like to run, go to the gym, read, watch a film, go to gigs and I cycle everywhere. I like my own space and respect the space of others, although I don't mind being sociable too and I try to keep communal areas reasonably tidy. I'm also vegan and while I don't mind if you aren't it would be great if you didn't eat loads of meat.
Not a party flat.
I'm looking for a flatmate for a flat on Duke Street in Dennistoun.
A little about the flat. I have attached pictures the room available It is unfurnished but has a large walk in wardrobe which is great for storing everything you need. There's also a reasonable size living room. The flat itself is half an hour walk/10 minutes cycle to Glasgow Central and High Street station is a 5-10 minute walk and the nearest Lidl and other shops are a 10 minute walk.
Accessibility: The flat is on the 1st floor and there is a small lift. However I didn't see an accessible step free entrance when I viewed so is probably not suitable for wheelchair users.
Bills: rent is £490/month council tax band D roughly £100/month Internet £15/month. Electricity and gas Bills are with Octopus and I prefer not to have an overheated flat in winter so hopefully won't be too high.
If you are interested let me know and we can meet either online or face to face and have you added to the contract. I will be collecting the keys on 6th of August so can't invite you round for a viewing just yet so hopefully these pictures taken by the estate agent will be enough.
