**We have had quite a lot of interest in the room and are not organising more viewings at the moment**

We are two professionals (she/her and she/they) looking for a new flatmate to join us in our ground-floor flat in Anniesland, Glasgow. The available bedroom is a double room with large windows and gets lots of light. It comes with a double bed, clothing rail, desk & chair and shelves. The room is available from 1st September and we are looking for someone who intends to stay long term.

The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen, cosy furnished sitting room, a wee balcony and 4 closets for storage in the hall. The whole flat is carpeted (minus the bathroom and kitchen). There are 3 steps up to the flat and 6 steps down to the shared back garden where the bins are kept. There is also free on-street parking. 

MONTHLY COSTS (PER PERSON):
* Rent £425 
* Council tax band D, roughly £78.66 
* Wifi £11.33 
* Gas/electric is on a meter and is currently around £45, but this does increase to roughly £60 in the colder months.

The deposit is £433

The area has multiple bus routes within walking distance, including the 6A, which stops right outside the flat. The train station is a ten minute walk. The nearest shops are Aldi, M&S, Lidl and Morrisons, all less than a 10 minute walk away! There are also amenities nearby like a gym, cafes, restaurants, a service station, dentists, GPs, etc.

We are looking for a friendly person who will have the odd movie/games night with us, respect the shared spaces and is LGBTQ+ friendly :)
