Hi! We're looking for a friendly student to join our flat.

The room available is a spacious double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, giving you plenty of privacy while still enjoying a shared flat.

You'll be sharing with me, Marco, and Anthony, another student. I'm a working professional and work from home most days, so I'm hoping to find someone who is respectful, tidy, and appreciates a fairly quiet home. We enjoy having a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where everyone gets on and respects each other's space.

The flat is in G31 1TA, with fantastic transport links. Bellgrove Station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get into Glasgow city centre, and there are regular buses along Gallowgate. The room would be ideal for Strathclyde students as it is a 20 minutes walking distance. Duke Street is only about a 5-minute walk away, where you'll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, and local shops.

Because of council tax regulations, we're looking for students only.
