Fully furnished room - landlords travelling

We are renting a room in our 2 bed flat in Oatlands area. ***This is a short term let, room is available from 19th of September until end of June 2026. We are flexible with this.***

We are a family of four planning to travel for this period, so we will basically be away for the whole time and the tenant will have the property by themselves (but a room where we will store our stuff). There may be one of us coming in to take some stuff at some point but that's it.

The room has a day bed with two drawers and two mattresses which opens up to become a double bed if needed (see Brimnes day bed from Ikea). Room also contains a desk and a chair and a wardrobe.
The flat itseld is new, fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a bathtub.
Other things provided are washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, TV, and a 3 tier electric clothes airer.
Note that we have children so the flat is set up with a small wall mural in the living room 😅.
Also, we cannot accommodate pets at this stage.

There is a Farmfoods supermarket just opposite the flat (2mins), and a convenience store in the estate(3mins). There is also an Asda 20mins walk. You also have a cafe opposite the convenience store.

The flat is next to Glasgow Green park in Oatlands area.

If you have a car:
There is a communal, residents-only parking area with no assigned spaces in the street. Property is next to the motorway and provides easy access to other parts of Glasgow and adjacent areas.
If you have a bike:
There is a secure residents' bike shed at the back of the building.
Transportation:
Flat is very close to public transport (stops are in front of the flat). Bus lines 267 and 21 can get you to the city centre in under 15mins. Line 267 can get you to Buchanan bus station directly.
