Double Room in Southside

Large double bedroom in a two bed flat just off Victoria Road and close to Queens Park train station. Available for up to three years from October 2nd but can be made available earlier if required. There is a desk that can be put into the bedroom if wanted. The cost includes WiFi, electricity and gas but I am returning to university and so not eligible for council tax. Would prefer a student for council tax purposes but happy to consider non students/ young professionals. I enjoy socialising, being outside and going to the pub with friends but I’m not a massive party person. Would like someone who is a similar vibe, and female. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the flat.
