Kelvin Court offers two types of rooms: en-suite shared dormitories and single studio apartments. The en-suite dormitories are the most popular option. If you choose an en-suite room, you will share a kitchen with 2–5 other residents, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and extractor hood. Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, as well as a study desk, wardrobe, curtains, full-length mirror, and network cable outlet. There is also ample under-bed storage space for luggage and personal belongings. The building includes dedicated study rooms, a lounge area, and an outdoor courtyard. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Additionally, Kelvin Court regularly organizes social events and support services such as academic lectures, dining gatherings, excursions, and personal development workshops to help students integrate into campus life and the local community.

The University of Strathclyde is 2.89 km away, accessible by metro or bus in approximately 20 minutes. The Glasgow School of Art is 1.87 km away, also reachable within 20 minutes via public transport. Caledonian University is 2.68 km away, requiring around 23 minutes by metro or bus.
