A fully furnished double bedroom with a private ensuite will be available to rent from mid-September. I am preferably looking for a female tenant.

The flat is situated on the first floor and is in beautiful condition. It is located in a quiet area and has secure parking available.

The location is also convenient for getting into the city centre, with a bus stop approximately a 10-minute walk away and the nearest train station around a 20-minute walk away.

The bedroom is fully furnished and includes a comfortable double bed with large storage space underneath, as well as a large wardrobe. The private ensuite bathroom has a shower.

The shared living room and kitchen area has both a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bills are not included in the rent but are expected to be around £70 per month on average, which includes Wi-Fi, gas and electricity. The property is Council Tax Band B.
