The room is available for someone to move in and take over the current tenancy arrangement, living with a really lovely, friendly couple who already occupy the other room.

The flat has a comfortable shared living space, Wi-Fi included, private parking and access to a large private residents’ community garden at the back of the property, which is a huge bonus — especially in the warmer months.

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, easy-going and comfortable sharing a home while still having their own independence and space.

Couples are very welcome, although there would be an additional monthly charge for two people sharing the room.
