Double room in East End Glasgow

Looking for a new flatmate to move into my modern, fully furnished flat near Celtic Park from 1 October.

The room is a fully furnished double bedroom with a desk, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat has a lovely open-plan kitchen and living area, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a shared bathroom.

📍 Location

The East End, right by Celtic Park. There are good bus links into the city centre, Dalmarnock train station is around a 20-minute walk away, and the Forge Shopping Centre is 10–15 minutes away. There’s also a corner shop directly across the road.

💷 Rent: £325 per month

Bills are approximately £160 per month, including council tax (Band B).

🙋🏼‍♀️A little about me

I’m generally quite introverted and quiet, and I work hybrid, so I’m sometimes working from home in the shared living space during the week. I’m relaxed and like to keep shared areas tidy, and I usually keep things quiet from around 11pm on weekdays.

I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, considerate and happy to have a relaxed home environment. It’s a queer-friendly household 🏳️‍🌈. Smoking is fine on the balcony but not inside the flat.

I don’t drive, so the person moving in would also have access to a private parking space.
