Large Double Room Southside

Hello all,

I have a double bedroom available in a lovely spacious tenement flat in Pollokshields. The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and carpets. The room looks onto the back green area but is nice and private. The flat has WiFi, so as long as you’ve got your own computer you’re sorted.

The flat itself is great, and is extremely comfortable. The living room is large but cosy, and I’m investigating a flat screen T. V. The kitchen is fully fitted and has all mod cons (fridge-freezer etc.). The bathroom has traditional wood panelling, there’s plenty of space for storing toiletries etc., and the water pressure allows for decent baths or showers! The rest of the flat has tonnes of storage space for jackets or whatever other gear you’ve managed to accumulate.

The flat is about 5 minutes drive away from the M8, M77 & M74 motorways, while Pollokshields East train station is 5 minutes walk (train takes about 6ish minutes to Glasgow Central station).

You’d be sharing with a 29 year old male young professional who works in healthcare. I’m easy going and like snowboarding, nights out/in, cinema etc. I tend to keep things quite tidy, but nothing obsessive. Looking for someone of similar(ish) age and interests who’s easy to get along with.

Rent is £425 per month and includes all bills, tax etc.
