I have one spare room in my three bed room flat. I have moved out but have another flat mate living there at the moment.
I am looking for someone who is respectful and considerate a professional/mature student preferably who is reliable and trustful. (Definitely no party animals or anyone who has heavy drinking habits)
The flat consists of:
Open Plan kitchen/living room – American fridge freezer, solid granite work tops and breakfast bar Induction Hob, Two ovens and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need.
Living room has Leather corner sofa, 50” wall mounted TV with separate Virgin box. PS3 and Home Cinema System with surround sound & TV package.
Utility Room with spare W/C – Washing machine and condenser tumble dryer fitted with spare toilet and hand basin.
Main Bathroom – Power shower, usual fittings with storage space in cupboard. Fancy clock mirror so you’re never late and a speaker linked to the cinema system
Bedroom – Double bed with under storage space. Walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers and plenty of space for desk/office. Biggest room in flat.

The room rate is £340 pcm, £40 council tax. £20 for Fibre WIFI & TV, Gas and Electric. (Average £30 PCM)
Location of the property is on Dumbarton Road with the post code G14 0HS.
There is a bus stop outside the door and with it being a main road they are every few minutes and the nearest train station is a 5-10 min walk and called Garscadden.
Parking is never a problem and is roadside. The Clyde express is only a few minutes along Dumbarton road by car and very quick for driving into the city centre (10-15 minutes)and the Clyde tunnel is a few minutes away to go South.
