Quiet cul-de-sac. Close to rail and bus links and a short drive from M77/M8 motorways.

Owner is a retired lady of Pakistani origin. She speaks English, Urdu and Punjabi. She is a Muslim and will prefer tenants of the same faith although this is not a requirement.

It should be noted that due to her faith there will be no alcohol consumption, smoking or cooking or consumption of pork, ham, bacon permitted.

Her preference is family orientated Muslim females who have recently arrived in Glasgow for work/study and need a home from home.

This house is not for social animals but for quiet, respectful individuals.

You will be in the habit of cleaning up after yourself and you will share cleaning responsibilities around the communal areas.
