Double room in spacious flat - all bills included!

Hi there.....

I am a friendly professional female who has a bright double room available in my spacious flat in a nice area in the southside of Glasgow (Dumbreck) with ample on street parking.

The location is close to both the M77 and M8 motorway networks and is only a 6 minute train ride to the city centre - 2 subway stations also within walking distance. The flat has a large living room with dining area, bathroom with separate shower and kitchen with all modern appliances. The room available is spacious and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

I am a sociable person but, like to live fairly quietly during the week relaxing in the evening after work and so would prefer to live with someone similar.

(Rent including all bills is £420 pcm - (I would consider a reduction in rent for Monday to Friday arrangement if interested. Short term arrangements also considered).
