Hey, I'm neil and im looking for a lodger. This is a ”home" and not a party flat, so A friendly, open-minded individual, someone who can chat and catch up with a cuppa or glass of wine, (No party's) but also give each other privacy for work etc, Must also love dogs! 😊✌️

AREA
Bellahouston park is 5mins away with a meadow green, it's not a busy park, I like a walk there with the dog. Good times roll and pit stop are usally popular. It's can be quite the bustling area at times, with the stadium, around 31 days a year, but always safe, never had bother even on those days.

MASTER
The room is the master, and comes with, double bed and mattress, wall system wardrobe, desk/dressing table, couple of rugs, bedside, full length mirror, lamps, smart lighting. The room can also be swapped around to suit your needs.

SHOWER ROOM
The flat shower room will pretty much be yours to use, as there is a second in the flat. Walk-in rainfall shower with handheld, and a heated mirror. Also back up electric incase of emergency's.

SHARED SPACE
Lounge has, 2 and 3 seat sofa, dining area, TV, netflix, lounge chairs, cushions and throws.

KITCHEN
Induction hob, steamer, pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, all you need to cook and cupboard space for food.

Clean and tidy stairwell with nice neighbours, the main door is secure and has a buzzer entry system that works.
The flat is fully furnished, and I'll take care of all bills.
