Double Bedroom In Luxury Tenement Bills Included

Hello!

I'm renting out a spare double room in my awesome 2 bedroom flat in Dennistoun for the Summer - although it would pretty much be for the whole flat because I'm going to be gone for a chunk of the Summer (pretty much all of July and most of August) so am looking to rent it out to someone tidy and considerate who can keep the place nice when I'm gone. September it is also available but after that I have people coming to stay again. Would suit someone new to the city looking for their own place, or someone on a short-term course, or just looking for a Scottish base for the Summer.

A BIT ABOUT THE FLAT:
- The kitchen is really cool. It has a 5 burner gas hob & double oven, the perfect place to finally live out your culinary dreams. (I've already made oven chips in both ovens.)
- It has Virgin Media TV & Wi-fi. The TV also has Netflix, Hayu (for fellow reality TV fans) and Amazon Prime.
- The whole place has a bunch of original features, cornicing, wood floors & hardwood doors.
- Your room has a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, hanging rail and original shutters.
- The bathroom has a power shower and bathtub.

A BIT ABOUT THE AREA:
- I'm really excited to be living in the East, after previously staying in the West when I was at Uni.
- It takes 30 minutes to walk to George Square from the flat. Or it's like £7 in an Uber.
- Dennistoun has a bunch of cool bars and restaurants. It was recently named in Time Out as the UK's coolest neighbourhood. (I agree) Celino's the award-winning Italian deli is literally opposite the flat.
- Alexandra Park is right next to us, which is a terrific city park for walking/running. It also has an outdoor gym.

A BIT ABOUT ME:
- I write about food and drink for magazines, as well as writing for some TV shows.
- I WFH so am normally pretty low-key during the week, but like watching TV, cooking, ordering pizza from across the road, going to the cinema.
- It would be good to live with someone who might want to occasionally get involved in having a takeaway/drinks/watching TV together when I am around.
- I'm a vegetarian, so would preferred to share with a veggie or vegan person but it's not a total dealbreaker.

SOME USEFUL INFO:
- It's right beside Alexandra Parade station which has trains running every ten minutes to Queen Street, Charing Cross, Partick, Hyndland for £1.90 return. There are also buses to the Southside every 10 mins.
- All bills are included..
- The room is for single occupancy and girls only (sorry guys and couples) and only until the end of September 2022.

I want someone who I can trust to keep the place nice and treat it respectfully while I'm gone so not up for renting it to someone who is planning to be hosting lots of extra people etc in the house or having big parties.
