Single room in old Victorian house. Dining and sitting room, conservatory, shared bathroom. Near shopping but on a very quiet street. Big garden and adorable cat. Near buses and trains, so handy for town. 3 stops on the train.

We are a mum and son. I am working full-time and tend to be quite busy. My son is a student.

All bills included except council tax. Deposit required to secure the room. Rent payable on 1st of month. If you start part way through the month, we will work out the cost for that period separately.
