I am looking for someone preferably a student to rent and share a 2 bedroom flat preferably close to City Centre. My The one flat available is 2 bedrooms flat and have 2 double rooms, one dinning room and a large living room and a clean kitchen.

You will have your own double room, a living room and other facilities to share.

It will be a good opportunity for a student or someone who want to live close to City centre with a friendly flatmate. I have fibre broadband with maximum speed, if you need internet.

There is a frequent bus service and nice and peaceful location for living. First Glasgow bus number 9 and 10 and other company busses are available very frequently and it takes 10 minutes to go to City centre while uderground train takes less time. We do have natural rose plant and other plants. Total cost for other bills will be approximately £100 to 150 per month for electric and gas plus share if broadband. Just rent without any bill will be £399 per month.
