What we have here is a 2 bedroom flat close to the city center of Glasgow. The flat itself is situated right next to a large park and has both modes of public transport (bus/train) either outside or 2-3 minutes walk from the flat. This flat has stunning views and some say the best in Glasgow, due to its high viewpoint and panoramic views.

About the people in the flat - Very friendly and well traveled, open minded and culturally sound. We like a clean flat and someone who understands living together is about respect, both in terms of boundaries and cleanliness. Messy-just-left-mums-and-dads- place need not apply unless you can clean up after yourself.

About the bills and stuff - All bills are included apart from electricity which is shared and will not be more than £20 per month. The flat amenities has:

- drying area
- washing machine
- fridge/freezer
- microwave
- toaster
- bath/shower
- TV, Internet - WIFI (fast connection)
