Double room in Southside tenement flat

Glasgow tenement flat with big high ceilings, spacious rooms, tiles in the close etc.

My current flatmate is moving back home at the end of the month so I'm now looking for someone considerate and friendly to share my flat with from the start of January. Would appreciate someone with some shared interests I can share the odd chat, meal or coffee with.

The spare room has been recently painted and is furnished with a double bed, desk and a chest of drawers. There's also a walk in cupboard with hanging rails, shelves and loads of storage space.

We've got a communal garden out the back if you fancy some gardening or somewhere to meet friends outdoors, sit in the sun, chat to the neighbours or meet the local dogs.

The flat is just around the block from Crosshill station, a 10 min train to Glasgow Central. It’s about 2 miles to walk or cycle into the city center. I've got a locked cellar in the close you can keep a bike in, and there'sfree in street parking outside. There are lots of local shops for coffee, cakes, sourdough bread etc, as well as a 24hr Asda.

There's a decent sized and well equipped kitchen (inc. Dishwasher and tumble dryer etc.) where I love to cook and bake. Under non-lockdown circumstances I often have friends round for dinner and you’re welcome to get involved if you're cool with vegan food.

Probably calling it a dining room is a bit pretentious, but there’s a big room in the middle of the flat with a table and chairs for generally being sociable. The living room has a TV although I'm not a big tv person, but enjoy the odd film night. There's also a record player and a piano you’re welcome to play if you promise not to play chopsticks.
