Housemate Wanted- Two Bedroom House East End

I am looking for a young professional or mature student to share a two bedroom semi-detached house in the east end. The house has a large living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, double car drive way and a back garden. The double bedroom is large and spacious, with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside lockers. New carpet and new windows have been recently fitted.

The house is in an excellent location - easy access to all major roadways (m8, m80 and m73/m74), beside local shops/supermarkets. It is a 15 minute walk from alexander parade train station, excellent bus services to the city centre and a 10 minute drive from the royal infirmary hospital and Strathclyde University.

Rent is £325 per month, bills are £120 including electricity/gas, council tax and BT broadband and TV. One months rent and deposit in advance will be required for the landlord. Contract is for six months minimum/long-term.
