I am seeking a clean, friendly individual to take over the other half of my lease as my current flatmate will be on secondment..

The modern luxury flat is fully furnished. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. The property further benefits from secure entry, lift access and residential parking.

Situated in the East End, the flat is a 15 minute walk to the city centre and 20 to Strathclyde university. The property is ideally placed for all transport links -the subway is 10 minutes away and train stations 15 minutes away. There is a co-operative supermarket, pharmacies, health centre, gym and police station only a few minutes walk away.

Price advertised is the future tenant's share of the total cost (including rent, council tax, broadband, electricity and gas). Deposit is £288 paid upfront which will be returned to you on your move-out date -if there is no damage to the property.
The future tenant will go through credit and other checks -references needed.

The future tenant will have their own double bedroom and bathroom!

You will be flat-sharing with just myself. I'm a clean, tidy, professional female (28 years old).
I enjoy good food and coffee, good music, nature, day trips, good conversations and movies. As you've gathered, I'm not a party animal and this is a quiet flat =)
I respect others' privacy and expect the same from a flatmate.

You must be clean, tidy, easy-going, no smoking indoors and in employment.
